- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15β20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

The pizza was phenomenal β so much flavor, and their gluten-free crust was genuinely delicious (which is hard to find!). The ladies working were so friendly and kind, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were with my gluten-free needs. The menu had a great variety of options too. Weβll definitely be back!

This food truck is selling a very average product and scamming customers. All of their doughs are pre made and they just rub some sauce on them. They are a restaurant that says they have a deal for $35 and your order total comes out to $49.98. She was trying to explain the charge and said βyou ordered 2 ranchβs which are $1 eachβ my total was 38.50, 35+2 is $37. Plus some other random charge she said was for the boxes, She didnβt properly convey the Amex charge which was 1.53(not part of the main charge) and then the 15% tip was about 6.50. Plus she kept calling me sweetie the whole time which was really annoying. Every $16 order was coming up to 16.50. Overall the quality of the pizza was low to mid and the service was annoying and the whole transaction felt weird. There are good, decent and meh food trucks and this one is solidly in the meh category, along with seeming to scam for pennies.

Hands-down, the best pizza food truck around and it also beats a lot of these dine in pizza places!! The bacon popper pizza is absolutely fantastic! The dessert pizzas are absolutely amazing and the customer service is impeccable! Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I don't mind having to pay for a box because I understand there are a lot of expenses that come with owning a food truck. Also, the additional fee to use your card is totally understandable and that is out of the control of the food truck. It's better than them having to raise prices on their pizza.

Had it from the trailer at Skookum Brewery on Sunday at 2PM. Always a new special pizza available and today's was a bacon, jalapeno, tomato, onion and grilled chicken thin crust with a drizzle of ranch. I put some of their hot sauces on each slice to test them out, no complaints there but I did skip the ghost pepper one. Crispy outside but chewy middle just how I like it. Lady running the truck in the morning recognized me from a few months back which really brought my mood up, Those little things always make me want to come back.
